Put all the digits to the same denominator. To do that, find the least common multiple of the denominators, and multiply each digit by it:

-36/60, -40/60, -48/60, -45/60

Since they're all negative, the largest digit is the least. So the order from least to greatest is:

-0.8, -3/4, -2/3, -3/5

Hope this helps!
