Explain the use of PN diode as a full wave rectifier.​

The main application of p-n junction diodes, which is in rectification circuits, are basically used to explain the conversion of a.c signals to d.c in power supplies. The resistance of a p-n junction diode becomes low when forward biased and high when reverse biased and it can be used as a half-wave and a full-wave rectifier.
