You conjugate by changing the ending. For example, if the subject is yo, you conjugate by dropping the ar, er, or ir ending and adding an o. This is basic conjugation and there are irregular verbs and different verb forms.

When we conjugate in English, we get rid of 'to' and add I, you, or we in front of the verb.
